The Dateable Man

     Towards the beginning of the month I volunteered to participate in a philanthropy. This philanthropy was called Dateable in which a sorority is paired with a fraternity and we have to make that gentleman a dateable man, or just an ideal man.
     This is the video I shot and edited for my sorority. I feel like I could have done a lot better. Looking at it, I honestly am an awful camera man. But I'm not worried because I'm good at directing and having a vision. Maybe having to do with that is in my future.

    I came up with the concept on a whim. I wanted to create a mockumentary style video to have the audience follow around this awkward guy and his attempts at getting the girl of his dream. I cringed when I saw the lack of continuity with his glasses. Meh, I'll do better next time.

    Next time is the Adrenalin Film Project. I will hopefully be participating with Haley and Celia, two girls I've worked with before. I'm also hoping to add one more person who has shown interest in making a video with me as a kind of PA.
